For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Alice Byno. The “Prize” refers to one (1) free 1-on-1 video call session via Google Meet to discuss Cubase, music production, YouTube or related topics.

– By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:59 on April 28, 2025. One (1) winner will be selected by The Promoter and contacted via email on or after this date.

– The Promoter’s giveaway with entry via a Google Form linked from YouTube is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older, or with the permission of a parent or guardian if under 18. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

– No purchase necessary. Entrants are not required to pay or buy anything to participate.

– Multiple entries may be technically possible due to the form setup. Duplicate entries will however not increase chances of winning.

– The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. The session must be scheduled within 90 days of confirming the winner, unless otherwise agreed upon.

– The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries due to technical issues, internet failures or any other reason outside of its control.

– In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value.

– The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter for the purpose of arranging the video session. These details will not be shared with third parties.

– This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube or Google. By entering, you acknowledge that YouTube is not liable for any part of this giveaway.
All entries must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.

– In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and/or these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, without notice.

– The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

– The winner’s first name (or display name) may be mentioned in a YouTube post, comment or video update once selected and confirmed.
